POWER WASHING

The following service includes all taxes and fees. It is based on a per square foot measurement including any and all protruding and/or recessed structures in addition to all single or double sided surface areas being washed. Included in the service will be application of standard cleaner designed for stated structure/material and pressure washing to remove cleaner.
Standard scrubbing to remove debris, obstacles prohibiting access to area being washed, and ladder access areas may incur an extra labor rate of $35/hour. All stains might not be removed. High pressure is used to clean all materials/structures. Please check condition of materials/structures before proceeding.

Basic Rate for square foot surface area: $0.25 - $0.35/ ft.² - MINIMUM $50 CHARGE
